Thanks for the note.  despite that this image has been viewed over 800,000 times by people on MySpace yours is the first comment I've received.

I have no problem with you, or anyone else using the image, but please host it yourself and ask permission first.  Bandwidth costs money and this is doubly true for those of us that actually run their own websites without advertising revenue.

As for licensing the picture-- it's not necessary that I do so.  It falls within the fair use policy of US copyright law.  Amusingly enough this same doctrine makes in line linking of other's images against the law in the US.
